Chef Laura Daly is the founder and creative force behind Daly Eats, a private chef and catering service based in Chicago’s western suburbs. With a passion for seasonal ingredients and bold, globally inspired flavors, Laura creates elevated, wholesome meals that bring people together around the table.
After years of cooking for family and friends, Laura turned her love for food into a full-time business, offering custom weekly meal prep, intimate dinner parties, and special event catering. Her approach blends restaurant-quality technique with a personal touch — every dish is made from scratch, thoughtfully balanced, and designed to make life more delicious and stress-free.
When she’s not in the kitchen, Laura enjoys spending time with the people she loves most, testing new recipes, and seeing live music.
Daly Eats is truly a family effort — Laura’s husband, Drew, brings his warm personality and steady hand to dinner parties and private events. Whether he’s assisting with cooking, serving, or making sure every guest feels welcome, Drew’s calm presence and attention to detail help make each event run seamlessly.
